My Client is a market leader in their field, with a comprehensive range of products. They are a global company with solutions to suit all. They are currently looking to recruit an Engineering - Technical Support (Electronics) ,to be the first point of contact for customers to provide technical support, product knowledge, and to manage customer queries.

The Role: Engineering - Technical Support (Electronics) .

Provide 1st line technical support
Provide exceptional customer service
Managing all incoming calls and emails for technical support and advice
Pre-sales technical support
Assist with customer technical issues
Provide technical support from the pre-sales assistance through to aftersales trouble shooting
Maintain and develop the database
Develop the departments technical support capabilities and systems
Support the AEM on training programs for internal and external customers
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Engineering - Technical Support (Electronics)

NVQ level 3 with a technical emphasis on electrical/electronic/automotive
Minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer support role with a technical focus
Must demonstrate good level of DC circuit knowledge.
MS Office.
Able to demonstrate strong co-ordination skills.
Methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving.
Experience in mobile data management.
Use of Basic IT systems.
Time manager
