My Client, an expanding, market leading manufacturing company, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician - Mechanical, to work on state of the art machinery .

The Company has sites worldwide and, due to recent growth, they are now looking carryout plant upgrades and installations of capital processing equipment. This is an excellent time to join them and progress your career.

This role would suit an experienced Mechanically qualified maintenance engineer, ideally apprentice served, who is looking to become part of a forward thinking, stable company.

The Role: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

To carry out a wide range of mechanical tasks across the facility
Recognise and investigate equipment failure
Follow GMP guidelines
Participate in method statement and Risk Assessment Preparation
Use computerised maintenance management system, MAXIMO

Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Apprenticed trained Mechanical Engineer
Technically trained to C&G, NVQ, ONC or HNC
Flexible working approach
Excellent team working and communication skills
Good IT skills including MS Office packages

Confined space training

Working at heights

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Production/ Manufacturing

This is a day role - Monday - Friday
