Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator to join the Engineering Services department.
As part of your role, you will be required to provide pro-active administrative support service to the Engineering team, in particular the Maintenance hub, in the provision of administrative services, which include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
-Responsible for identifying and ordering parts from suppliers.
-Confirming and receipting goods have arrived.
-Chasing goods that haven’t arrived.
-Attaching Service Reports to completed work orders and closing them down.
-Producing reports for business analysis.
-Producing Dashboard reports.
Skills and Qualifications
-Qualifications at GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, minimum grade ‘C’ or demonstrable competency.
-Experience of working within an administrative function or customer service function.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
