Are you sales driven, a self starter and able to work successfully on your own initiative as well as part of a team?
Can you negotiate at all levels?

This could be a great opportunity to join us and work as part of our B2B Freight Sales Team (please be aware that this is an entry/associate level role).

Being responsible for generating new business and associated sales grown by selling appropriate P&O services and products, you will also:
- Maintain customer loyalty by providing the highest levels of customer and sale support service
- Actively grow revenue through new business generation, selling to the freight market within the P&O Ferries route network
- Keep freight customers informed of any changes to our services, policies and strategies, as instructed
- Close sales using consultative approach advising customers on the range of products, selling best fit

To be considered for our role, you will have and can demonstrate:
- Proven extensive sales experience in a target orientated environment
- Working knowledge of SalesForce CRM system or equivalent
- The ability to cope with a fast moving environment and business change
- Excellent attention to detail

Ideally you will also have:
- Previous office based outbound sales experience
- Previous office administration experience
- Working knowledge of DOPS or equivalent booking system

The salary for this role is £21.7k per annum, plus sales incentive bonus.
