Bilingual French Speakers Wanted Sales Call Centre Agents Dover

Recruitment solutions (Folkestone) Ltd are recruiting for exceptional “French Speakers” to join a busy contact centre in Locations Folkestone and Dover Kent within the Sales Team.

Hours Monday to Sunday on shift patterns between 7.30am to 10.30pm therefore you must be flexible on shifts. Most often finishes at 8pm and only working at most you will be working every other weekend.

We have Contracts and Permanent Roles Available and possibly Part Time hours (Part Time would be a minimum of 18.75 hours and covering weekends on rota basis too).

We are looking for candidates who ideally have Call Centre experience or a strong sales background and thrive on reaching and exceeding targets. In return you will gain great training and fantastic benefits.

You will take pride in the products and services that you are selling, to know them inside out, so that you can really sell the features and benefits as well as upselling and crossing. Identify sales opportunities and to ensure revenue is a focus and maximised.

They are all about Customer Excellence and repeat business, therefore fantastic communication and listening skills are key. You will need to empathetic and build instant rapport with customers from B2B and B2C inbound and outbound sales calls.

Objections handling, overcoming complaints and issues, following policies and procedures.

Excellent IT and Data entry skills and to be flexible in your duties such as multi-skilling.
