Are you looking for a Weekend Catering position in a state of the art Hospital? Working directly with our patients, taking and serving patient food orders you will ensure excellent customer service at all time. You will be based on the ward working with a great nursing team and our amazing chefs. The role will also include some food preparation, ensuring all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders for the patients
- Completing patient menus
- Transporting food service trolleys for patient meal service
- Use kitchen equipment and ensure all crockery and cutlery is clean and ready for next use.
- Attend service briefings from your Supervisor
The candidate:
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work efficiently and keep calm under pressure
- Enthusiasm
- Ability to work well in a team
- High standards of personal hygiene
- An interest in food and catering
- Ability to work long hours in stressful environment
