Randstad CPE is working in partnership with one of the country's largest maintenance providers to identify an experienced and highly skilled Kitchen and Bathroom fitter. Having reassessed the workload on their busy social housing contract they now need to bolster and expand their team.



You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on social housing maintenance contracts. the role will include:



* They should have passed experience of fitting both preferably.
* The works will consist of. Removing existing Kitchen units, worktops, flooring and wall tiling / Bathroom suite, flooring and wall tiling.
* Replacing new Kitchen units and work tops / Bathroom suite, plus any associated plumbing works.
* Preparing walls and retiling. Preparing floors and fitting vinyl sheet flooring.



As a Kitchen and Bathroom fitter working on this contract you will be part of a team who completes reactive repairs in properties across the Redhill and kent area. This role also offers successful candidates:
