Our client a local health service provider is looking to recruit an additional Centre Advisor to join their busy front line team.
You will be required to multi-skill between two job types, switchboard and internal service centre calls. Full on the job training will be provided.
Duties will include:
• Switchboard telephone enquiries from the general public
• Directing switchboard calls across East Kent services
• Internal department telephone enquiries
• Logging data using the internal software
• Issuing specific duty reference numbers to callers
• Paging internal departments
• Critical call handling
• Tracking completion of duty reference updates
We are looking to recruit a candidate with experience of call handling/call centre/ front line customer service experience.
You will be required to work on a 24/7 rota basis and must be able to commute to Canterbury outside public transport timetables.
Your first week will be within core hours due to training.
Pay Rate: £7.59 p/h Monday - Friday
Pay rate: £8.59 p/h Saturday and Sundays
The shifts will vary as follows you will be allocated a shift pattern:
Canterbury – Temporary to Permanent posts
6am – 2pm
7am-3pm
8am – 4pm
9am- 5pm
10am-6pm
2pm – 10pm
3pm-11pm
10pm-6am
6pm – 2am
