Our local, successful client is looking for bright, determined candidates to join their telesales department on the outskirts of Dover. You will be part of a team of 4, headed by an experienced Team Leader. The main part of this role will be cold calling potential business customers, outlining the benefits of opening fuel card accounts. Once you are established, part of the time will be spent managing existing customers to maximise the usage of cards.
A sales background would be beneficial however this role would suit a keen, enthusiastic, professional who is looking to work for a well-established company. Performance will be monitored and ongoing training and support provided. Achievable targets are set with monetary incentives.
Hours are 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday – Friday. Salary £16,500 plus new business and Literage bonus following successful induction.
