We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator with a good knowledge of Sage, to join a leading insurance specialist based in Manston !
Offering a salary of £18,000 - £20,000, this is a varied role, and an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a great working environment !

About the role
As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day accounts functions of the business as well as the running of a monthly payroll using Sage software.
Your day to day duties will include:
* Running the organisation's Sage system, from entering sales to raising invoices and making payments
* Verifying and reconciling payments
* Entering data onto spreadsheets and maintaining other information through filing and general admin
* Maintaining good financial procedures with a high level of accuracy
* Working with other key staff and supporting staff within the organisation through effective communication
* Various other administrative duties as and when required
Skills you will have:
* Excellent Sage Payroll and Sage Accounts software knowledge is essential
* Excellent typing skills with dictation experience
* A great telephone manner, attention to detail and high accuracy levels
* Creative problem solving skills, optimism and self-motivation
* Own transport required due to location
* This is a varied role and would suit someone who has worked in a small team with strong work ethic and a helpful attitude.
