We are searching the Kent market for experts in Customer Service to join an incredible company. Their contact centre is award winning and they assist millions of customers every year. Acting as a front line ambassador you'll be inquisitive and able to build a genuine rapport with the client.

This is not your average call centre team this is a progressive company that is always been open to new ideas they have invested over a quarter of a million pound in designing and launching their Training Academy and you can develop your skills at their coaching clinics, management and leadership development workshops, language classes and bespoke team events.

We are looking for super flexible people for both Full Time and Part Time Opportunities.

FULL TIME
£16,594 + Profit Share 3% - 4% of basic salary which doubles after 2 years to 6% - 8% *Current run rate.

37.5 hours per week
Fully flexible across the opening hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 11pm and Saturday - Sunday 8.30am - 8pm..

PART TIME 16 - 20 hours per week.
£7,080 - £8850 + Profit Share 3% - 4% of basic salary which doubles after 2 years to 6% - 8% *current run rate.

Fully flexible across the opening hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 11pm and Satruday - Sunday 8.30am - 8pm.

If successful you will be expected to attend a 2 week paid induction.
