HRGO are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager for our client based in Canterbury.
The successful Assistant Project Manager will have:
* Minimum of 2 years office based project management experience
* Ideally 5 years with some office experience
* Fully computer literate particularly in excel
* Be able to organise and prioritise their own workload
* Have the ability and desire to meet the demands of the business
* Working knowledge of the construction/engineering disciplines needed to complete high end projects - groundworks, building works, concrete works
* Some construction project management experience
* You must have the ability to assist in putting in place work regimes and protocols to ensure efficient management of projects
The project is a high spec conversion of a Methodist hall into a 3 story/5 bed house. The hall is currently a shell and is a listed building. In addition, there is to be 3 new build 4 bed houses.
