Marketing Coordinator - Rare opportunity for a part-time marketing coordinator to join a European brand leader for a 9 month contract, based in Larkfield, Maidstone.

You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and although a marketing degree or qualification is desirable, proven previous experience in coordinating marketing projects and supporting a sales team is vital.

The Marketing Coordinator's role is to execute relevant tasks as specified in the provided marketing plan. The role will report to the [Marketing Manager] and you will have ongoing support from external marketing and PR agencies

You will use many traditional and digital communication channels for both lead generation and retention campaigns. Further responsibilities will be to liaise with other team members, suppliers and clients when needed. You will help organise events, produce collateral and printed materials, manage the company website and coordinate digital campaigns in line with the agreed marketing plan.

Main responsibilities will include:

Working with the external marketing agency to help coordinate pre-agreed campaigns. As well as supporting the creation of project case studies, press articles and blogs posts, and uploading to the Company website as necessary.
Social media management, scheduling new posts for Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin relevant to our target audience
Creation of product brochures to support sales team, including collating relevant content, where required. To coordinate design and print with our external partners.
Supporting the sales team with creation of presentations and proposals
Coordinating large exhibitions and smaller trade events including stand management, pre event marketing and follow up
Website maintenance including product updates, SEO review (with support from digital agency), blog updates etc
Email newsletters - campaign focused [monthly product promotions, Company Academy updates] as directed by the marketing agency.
To carry out reporting tasks for monthly submission to line management

About You

Previous experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital and communications
A creative individual who is able to adapt to change as necessary
To be able to pro-actively work on own initiative with excellent planning and organisation skills
Experience of using marketing automation software such as HubSpot or similar would be desired but not essential [training to be provided]
A highly motivated person looking to join a fun and expanding new UK business
