Would you like to work for a Charity making a difference to people's lives? Crossroads Care Kent is the leading charitable provider of Carers’ support services in Kent, supporting Carers and People with care needs in their own home.

Our staff provide high quality, respite breaks supporting Carers across Kent. Our aim is to enable Carers to have a regular break from their caring role, whilst providing a positive caring experience for the person they care for. We plan for our staff to have their own portfolio of regular clients, enabling strong caring professional relationships to develop over time. Most families benefit from a whole, morning, afternoon or evening visit every week or weekend – visits last around 3 hours and are not quick half hour task calls.

We offer regular visits with longer calls, great team and on call support, guaranteed hours, good quality paid training, contributory pension, competitive pay and excellent mileage as well as paid travel time.

Flexibility, and own car and telephone are essential to all roles.
