We are looking for a part time Front of House Advisor who will provide a highly professional customer -focused front of house service, ensuring that the College’s standards of service are met through the effective processing of students and visitors to Hadlow College. Activities undertaken within the role will include co-ordinating all incoming calls through the College switchboard, providing the highest possible level of customer service, contributing to the College's good image and facilitating potential business by dealing promptly and courteously with customer enquiries at all times.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate substantial experience of working in a customer facing role, and possess strong IT and administrative skills as well as being an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and provide the highest quality customer service to both internal and external customers of the College.

This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week on a rota basis. Flexibility will also be required to provide holiday and sickness cover, as well as to attend occasional college events during evenings and weekends.

As well as a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan, corporate gym membership and staff discounts, this role also attracts 5 weeks holiday each year, pro rata (excluding bank holidays).

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
