Our corporate team advises on share and asset acquisitions, disposals and other investments. We have one of the most active Corporate M&A teams in the South East. By the end of November 2017, the team will have completed around 70 deals with a total deal value in excess of £200m.

We are looking for lawyers with strong backgrounds at all levels. Depending on your level you will be involved in:







* Due Diligence and transaction support: You will need experience of carrying out and managing corporate due diligence processes,, including making due diligence enquiries, reviewing responses and supporting documents and reporting on risks and issues that need to be addressed. Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator who can work within a dedicated and focused team environment. .







* Leading on transactions: You will be the primary contact for clients and other law firms on deals, so will need to be able to understand client objectives, identify and contextualise risks and address them where needed. You will be managing the deal process from beginning to end, so need to have great communication and organisational skills and be driven by getting things done : and done well. 4.
