We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Progressor to support the Regional Sales and Marketing Director of a successful Construction firm who specialise in Residential Schemes in the South East.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with experience within the Volume House Building industry.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the progression for all new build sales from reservation to completion, liaising with customers, IFA’s, lenders and solicitors.
- Update sales database (Access) and provide regular sales reports.
- Manage fixed date requests and close liaison.
- Deal effectively with all administration and documentation relating to private sales.
- Ensure all documentation is processed in accordance with set policies and procedures within agreed time scales for auditing purposes.
- Liaise with local Homebuy Agents and Local Authorities.
- Ensure all business practices comply with current legislation, company data protection policy and Consumer Code.
- Monitor and track each sale in order to meet exchange and completion deadlines
- Ensuring efficient handover to Home Ownership Officer at the exchange of contracts.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales leads, qualifications and progression ensuring performance standards are met, progress is charted and procedures and complied with.
- Attend weekly meetings with Sales and Marking Director.
- Assist with open events by sending invitations, booking appointments and sending out suitable brochure packs etc.
