About us:
Micron Home Improvements have the solutions for those looking for high quality UPVC and aluminium replacement windows, doors, conservatories & custom-made orangery designs. With over 30 years experience in home improvements, we have the knowledge and expertise to handle the design, manufacture and installation of replacement windows and doors, conservatories and a great range of tailor made orangeries. To enable us to provide a personal and unique service for our customers we urgently require a Receptionist to complement our team.
Role:
Duties will include general administration work
There is an element of customer liaison as you will be meeting and greeting clients on their arrival to the showroom
Inform the sales team as and when new customers arrive
Demonstrate and promote the products that the business sells issuing literature as appropriate
Maintain filing system
To undertake any other aspects associated with sales administration
Ensure that the working area under your control is kept maintained, clean and tidy
Candidates:
Enthusiastic, friendly, immaculately presented and ethical
Excellent telephone manner
Ideally from a customer service environment
Ability to interact with customers in a helpful and professional manner face to face
Hours of work:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 5pm
Thursday 11am – 7pm
Saturday 9:30am – 2:30pm
Remuneration:
Attractive and negotiable
