HEAD CHEF – £34,000 +bonus & tips – fresh, seasonal menus -
A first class gastro pub with an excellent reputation for their fine cuisine.
This small group of restaurants is going from strength to strength and currently looking for passionate Head Chef to join the team at one of their busiest sites.
The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, seasonal produce all sourced as locally as possible. There is a brigade of 6 chefs preparing modern British cuisine with European influences and the standards are very high.
The successful Head Chef will have full responsibility for the kitchen designing menus, costing, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team. You will also be expected to keep on top of all the health, hygiene and safety procedures along with running a profitable kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar, fast paced environment and have plenty of imaginative and innovative ideas to bring with them.
