CHEF DE PARTIE – fast paced kitchen - £25,000 – straight shifts -
This new and exciting restaurant is due to open soon and is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to complete the team.
The menus will have an emphasis on the British classics and the restaurant will be open all day serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas and dinner seven days a week. Working within a large brigade you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen preparing predomninently fresh cuisine.
The working hours will be straight shifts with a minimum of 48 hours a week and you will be paid for every hour you work. There will be two days off a week, meals on duty and 50 % discount at their restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a high volume, fast paced kitchen although for the right person they will offer extensive training. Other benefits include great career prospects as the company expands.
