HEAD CHEF - £35,000 + bonus & tips – fresh cuisine –
A beautiful country pub with an excellent reputation for the fine food served within their restaurant.
They are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to continue the success of this popular restaurant. The menus are modern British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce.
You will head up a brigade of 7 chefs + 2 KP's and have full responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen. Your duties will include menu design, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and ensuring you run a profitable kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience at a senior level within a first class, fresh food kitchen, have excellent man-management skills and sound financial awareness.
