Mission Aviation Fellowship International (MAF) is a not-for-profit, Christian organisation whose mission is to fly light aircraft in some of the world’s poorest communities. Every four minutes a MAF aircraft is taking off or landing somewhere in the world to assist missions, churches, aid and development agencies and other national groups to share the love of God.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to cover a 12 month maternity leave in our team at the Ashford office. Applicants must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication & organisational skills. The successful candidate needs to be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Experience arranging international travel and purchasing online, either personally or for business, would also be an advantage.
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing an international travel and purchasing service for all staff. They ensure that the office runs smoothly by carrying out reception and facilities management duties. .
There is an occupational requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian. The post holder will be expected to take part in prayer and biblical reflection, and to be a role model for the organisation in accordance with our Christian beliefs and standards in the workplace.
This role is offered as part time, 20 hours per week, ideally five days a week and for a fixed contract term of 12 months.
