We are a well-established recruitment consultancy based in Maidstone town centre with a strong reputation for a professional and personalised service to our client base which we are very proud of.
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our experienced team on a temporary to permanent basis, the key duties will be:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with an emphasis on telephone based sales
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for further business
• Arrange and attend meetings with new and existing clients
• Source candidates to match our clients’ recruitment needs in order to make a successful placements
• Utilise Social Media and Internet Job Boards advertising vacancies in a professional manner, in order to find the best candidates
• Registering and conducting face to face and telephone interviews with job seekers in line with legislation and industry requirements.
• Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with visitors to our offices
• General administrative duties to include Typing/formatting CVs and database work

Essential Qualities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales experience, ideally telephone based
• Strong Administrative and IT skills with a knowledge of using social media and updating websites
• Good level of general education with a minimum of 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
