About the job:
This exciting role offers a highly motivated and analytical individual the chance to work with the Finance Manager in the CAF Bank Finance Team.
The regulatory environment has become significantly more complex since the financial crisis in 2008/09 and remains organic and subject to further changes. As additional European and local regulations are introduced, the CAF Bank Finance Team analyses the requirements and sets up accurate and timely reporting processes allowing the Bank to remain compliant.
This role ensures that accurate data is prepared and submitted to the regulators in advance of statutory deadlines. It also produces high quality management information for the Executive Management Committee allowing them to make informed decisions on the direction of the company.
Main responsibilities include:
• Ensuring regulatory compliance by preparing and submitting regulatory data to the four main regulators.
• Assisting with the production of the Bank’s management accounts, ICAAP, ILAAP, ALM/ALCO, IRRBB and stress testing documents.
• Providing regulatory support and assistance to the CAF Bank Finance Team and senior management.
• Striving to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of reporting and accuracy of data and developing the processes as required.

About you:
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and pro-active individual demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail with an analytical mind set. You will have excellent time management skills and display a methodical and flexible approach to working methods. You will also be highly competent in Microsoft Excel with experience with pivot tables and formulae. A working knowledge of a banking environment or financial accounting experience is advantageous, but not essential.
