My client a leading Property firm is seeking a Sales Administrator to join there expanding team based in the heart of Bromley.
The role is paying £22,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience and has excellent benefits.
Duties Include:
* Maintaining an excellent relationship with customers and ensuring you keep them fully updated with the sales and order process
* Responsible for supporting the sales team ensuring the pipeline and customers details are kept fully up to date
* Communicating with customers and internal and external stake holders via email and telephone
* Dealing with any enquiries ensuring they are fully resolved
* Processing and updating the sales orders and keeping the database fully updated
The successful candidate will have:
* High attention to detail and accurate data input skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong knowledge of CRM's and sales order processing systems
* Have a proactive manor and excellent problem solving skills
* Ability to multi task and prioritise
