The Company:
My client are a medium sized business with major customers, operating in a large and competitive market place. The Position:
We’re looking for general operatives to carry out daily duties including:
- Repackaging bulk hardware by hand into specific pack quantities ready for re-sale
- Picking and packing ready for despatch
- Handing over shipments to couriers
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Maintaining the high personal and professional standards of the company
- Manual handing of goods including lifting
- Maintaining health and safety standards within the operating environment
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager

The Location:
The location of this job is in Lenham near Maidstone. Due to the location, own transport is desirable, but not essential. There is also similar work in surrounding locations.
