Are you looking for part-time work as a Facilities assistant in Rochester?
We have a great opportunity for you to work with our client based in the Rochester area.
This position starts at just 3 days a week totalling 21.75 hours but you have the potential to work more if you want too.
Working hours are 9am till 5:15 with an hours break for lunch.
Pay rate £9.00 per hour.
Your duty is to keep the general facilities and maintenance of campus, residential buildings and grounds in an excellent condition and to provide Facility Services with support and supervision from the Assistant Facilities Manager.
As a Successful candidate you must have;
- Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Great Microsoft office knowledge.
- Health and Safety Knowledge
- First Aid knowledge
- Carry out a range of everyday DIY and maintenance tasks
- Ability to identify work priorities and manage own workload
- A UK drivers Licence is desirable.
