Our client based in the Maidstone area is looking to recruit an Office Manager to work in their small office. The successful candidate will be confident and courteous with both telephone and written interaction with clients and should be adept with Microsoft Office, Excel and Access.

The main duties of the role are:

• Scheduling engineers working days.
• Experienced with production of RAMS and Permits to Work.
• Resilient to working under pressure whilst retaining accuracy and focus.
• Multi task specialist
• Experienced in electrical contracting or building industry administration.
• Ability to work with self-motivation and self-supervision.
• Previous experience with a CRM system would be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and able to accurately transcribe detail from hand written reports.
• Experience with ISO 9001,14001 & 19001 an advantage.
