A large regional firm with offices across Sussex are currently recruiting a senior Commercial Property Solicitor (at least 5 years PQE) to join their team. You will be highly experienced and able to work without supervision, as well as being able to supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
You will be greeted with a full and varied case load, with an emphasis on advising Landlords and Tenants on commercial leases as well as sales and acquisitions of businesses. There is the opportunity for you to introduce existing clients to the business as well as being involved in business development/marketing activities that the firm attend.
To be considered for this role, you will offer the following:
- Admitted to the Solicitors roll with at least 5 years PQE
- A strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters
- A commercial awareness
- Business development skills
- Previous experience of mentoring junior members of the team
- Strong communication skills
- A keen team player
You will be greeted by a friendly team environment, in a culture which is positive and pro-active yet relaxed, and where staff are actively encouraged to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
