Employee Relations Advisor - Fixed Term Contract
6 - 12 months contract
Our Chatham based client is looking to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract.
The role will involve -
Providing advice coaching and guidance on all employee relations issues, including:
* Attending formal hearings as HR Representative and Advisor
* HR policies and Procedures
* Legislative changes and implications
* Conducting exit interviews
* Performance Management
* Terms and Conditions of employment
* Absence management
* Grievance, disciplinary and termination management.
* Maternity, Paternity and Adoption
This role offers and immediately start.
