An award winning, dynamic law firm with regional offices and a presence in London are currently recruiting a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-4+ PQE) to join their Corporate Finance department. The role has arisen due to the continued success of the department and need to expand.
You will be managing your own case load of Corporate Banking transactions (relative to your PQE) with supervision where necessary, along with supporting senior Solicitors in high value and complex matters.
This firm are well recognised for their investment in staff, allowing employees to reach their full potential. There are lots of social events to get involved in and the firm prides itself on it`s low staff turnover.
To be considered, you will offer the following:
- Admitted to the roll (NQ-4+ years PQE)
- If NQ, to have carried out a seat in corporate
- A strong client focus
- Strong communication skill and team player
- Commercial awareness
- An interest in business development
- Ideally a clean driving license in order to travel to other offices on occasion
- A clean driving licence / be a car owner to provide support to both the Crawley and Maidstone teams as required
You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary, regular reviews, a bonus structure and full benefits package.
