Your new company
A real estate investment company based in Maidstone is looking for a Land buyer to join their Development and Investment team. As a real estate investment company they are involved in the acquisition, planning, development and management of land and property across all sectors of the property market.

Your new role
You will work alongside the Development Director working as a land buyer. Buying levels can be anywhere from £500k - £4/5m, with a GDV of £1.5m - £20m. The focus will be around residential sites, this could be - land, sites out the ground, or sites with the potential to convert.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role you will need previous experience working as a land buyer ideally from a property company. You will have a network of potential clients within the Kent / South East London market.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be rewarded with a salary of £22,000 + commission, with a review in a years' time. Working in an expanding business you will have many career opportunities.
