I am recurring for Lift, Escalators and Cradle engineering contractor based in South East London. With a £50m turnover, this family business started in 1979 has grown to have 450 staff nationally.
The accounts team of 11 based in Charlton has a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant / Administrator reporting to the Financial Controller.
The majority of the role will be:
- To issue invoices to customers
- Provide support in processing purchase invoices
- Bank processing
- Dealing with high volume of transactions
- To assist credit controller in providing support documentation
- Dealing with customer queries
- Meeting the requirements of customer portals
