Quality Assurance Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional individual to join my clients Quality Assurance department as a Quality Assurance Assistant. The ideal candidate will support the Quality Assurance department in their specific projects and routine activities, ensuring that the quality of products, processes and systems are maintained in compliance with regulatory and customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities will include:
Monitor water, air, surfaces, products and gases to agreed schedules.
Ensure corrective action is taken in response to limits being exceeded/issues identified.
Communicate results of environmental monitoring and liaise effectively with members of staff from different departments to resolve issues.
This will include quarantining of non-conforming areas and water outlets.
Perform final release testing of components and kits for sale to customers.
Ensure all activities related to batch release of components and kits are completed
Test Post Issue Stabilities according to the schedule.
General professional duties associated with maintaining the quality system.
Help support and assist in any Quality Assurance activities when required.

Education/ Qualifications

The successful candidate will be educated to A-Level or equivalent in a scientific discipline and approach the role in a flexible manner and be prepared to adapt to requirements within the QA department. They will also be able to prioritise workload as well as being adaptable to changes in priorities, be highly motivated, and a self-starter and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
