Qube Recruitment are currently working with a well-established local company looking for a Tech based Business Development Manager offering a considerable salary of between £60,000 - £70,000 and the opportunity to quickly progress to Board Director level.

Responsible for sales of Company Services in the Central London and Home Counties Area and reporting to the Sales Director you’ll be generating new business and meeting annual targets by promoting the company through telesales and direct marketing.
You will drive profitable growth in the area through the winning of new business and will have a proven track record of developing and winning new corporate business within the London & Home Counties area.

Due to the specialised nature of the role we’re looking for a candidate with provable, successful experience of selling CCTV, Alarm & Access control. Further experience with fire not essential but would be preferred.

After initially identifying and contacting prospective clients, you’ll be dealing and negotiating at all levels and producing quotations, tender documents and carry out site surveys based on their requirements, being involved with the process from the very start and acting as the point of contact to provide on-going support that benefits both parties as the company believes that creating long lasting relationships is a key part of their success.
At the forefront of the business you’ll be as happy negotiating and creating proposals and formulating annual sales plans and budgets as you are representing the organisation at trade exhibitions and events
