Sales Executive - Contact Centre Managed Services
up to £30,000 + commission

Our client provides a suite of contact centre management and telecoms services to a wide range of international clients. With recent growth both nationally and internationally they are looking for a Sales Executive, to join their expanding team.
Objective
To respond to and build the sales pipeline. This will involve managing inbound enquiries and identifying opportunities to drive proactive sales in this marketplace.
The key focus is to maximise market share in this target market as well as building the potential pipeline for the future.
Full training will be provided with the opportunity to shadow the head of department as part of personal development and progression.
As the Sales Executive, your duties will be to:
· Respond swiftly to new sales leads
· Help identify ‘bid' and 'no bid' opportunities
· Input, record and track the leads in the CRM system
· Use the processes, templates and methods in place
· Contribution to sales and marketing ideas that may generate interest from the target market.
· Support in the tendering for new contracts including RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, presentations and demonstrations via WebEx and face to face
· Attend sales exhibitions and prospect/client sites
To be a successful Sales Executive you will have the following skills and experience:
· Experience in B2B, business development, customer service and telesales
· Telephony systems and preferably payment gateway knowledge
· Demonstrable confidence to hold a conversation with technically-minded decision makers
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Self-motivation, Strong planning and time management skills
In return, the Sales Executive will receive a salary of circa £30,000 per annum based on experience, plus a bonus/commission and private medical insurance.
