A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at KIMS Hospital for a Front of House Manager to join our Customer Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Front of House staff, Switchboard, Administration and Portering team ensuring that the service provided exceeds the expectations of our patients. Through the management of these teams we can ensure that a first class customer service is provided at all times.
The duties of this role will include:
* Ensure the patient experience and well-being remains at the heart of the business
* Ensure all patients, visitors, consultants and staff to reception area are greeted in a friendly and efficient manner
* To maintain and ensure the team adhere to the hospitals Operational policies and adapting and developing further processes and guidelines along with the requirements of the business
* To champion the security monitoring systems in the hospital, ensuring previously set KPI?S are met
* Ensure staffing rosters reflect the business requirements and that staff are fully trained to complete the tasks allocated to them
* To ensure all key stakeholders are provided excellent levels of customer service at KIMS Hospital. Monitor this through a variety of KPI?s such as Patient Satisfaction, Telephone Statistics and ?mystery shopper? initiatives.
The ideal candidate will:
* Understanding of quality management systems and customer care
* Have previous experience within a similar customer/client reception/admin role as well as experience in the management of staff.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be an inspiring and successful leader, able to manage change
* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering a first class customer service.
