Highly successful Kent company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take overall control of the finance department and staff.
Managing a small team, you will provide the company’s Directors with accurate and up to date management information and reporting, ensure full accounting and VAT compliance, and oversee ledgers, credit control and payroll.
In addition to overseeing your team, you will have responsibility for VAT completion, monthly management accounts, monthly P&L reporting, year-end preparation, reconciliation of control accounts, and management of fixed assets.
This role would suit a finance manager with similar experience. You should be proactive; regularly reviewing IT systems, accounts procedures and operational matters. As a member of the management team, you will be involved in supporting decision making and reviewing projects. This is a real hands-on role where you will be able to make a significant contribution to the company’s operations and future success.
