My client is looking for a CNC Operator/Fitter to assist in the running of a variety of CNC machines, including lathes and mills based predominately at the Gillingham site.
The role consists of:
* Ensuring all machines in the cell are kept running as efficiently are possible.
* Checking parts as required to the check sheets supplied and notifying the setter if any alterations are needed.
* Ensuring that your working area is clean and tidy at all times.
* To help covering our differential building cell when required.
In-house training will be given to help you in this role. You will be shown how to read and understand an engineering drawing and measuring equipment. You will also be shown how to assemble a differential from manufactured parts. In return you must have a good work ethic, good timekeeping and an attitude geared towards learning.
This is a night shift position (4 nights) - 18.00pm - 6.00am
