JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor - Maidstone
PQE: 2 years + PQE
SALARY: Excellent / Negotiable + Significant Bonus

THE ROLE:
A leading practice seeks a motivated and committed Commercial Property Solicitor who can hit the ground running and handle their own caseload.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to deal with all aspects surrounding commercial property matters including sales and purchases of properties and businesses, mortgage and re-financing - both individual and portfolio, Landlord & Tenant matters including grant and assignment of leases, lease renewals, licenses to assign and to alter, among other things.
The appointed candidate will also be dealing with development acquisitions & disposals, pension properties, joint venture agreements and all other aspects of commercial property.

THE CANDIDATE:
To succeed in the role the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will need to be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX and have a passion for commercial property. It is essential that the Commercial Property Solicitor has strong experience in running a full caseload on their own with minimal supervision.

A friendly and approachable manner supported by good communication and inter-personal skills are essential, as are IT competence and an ability to manage a tidy and organised caseload. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a thorough understanding of commercial property matters.
