My client, a leading software house require an experienced Scrum Master with demonstrable knowledge and a real interest in the Agile methodology to join a busy development team tasked with support and maintenance of an existing application. The role of the Scrum Master/Support will be to develop and grow into the role of Scrum Master but also to take on the role of supporting the workflow of the team, encompassing the following key deliverables:
Managing the Workflow and allocation of work for the development team
Managing change requests
Daily reporting internally and monthly client reporting
Running monthly defect report
Deputise for the team manager when necessary
The successful Scrum Master/Support will possess most of the following experiences:
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the insurance knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Managing multiple-tasks
