Our local client is looking for experienced candidates to lead a team of Telesales executives on the outskirts of Dover. You will be heading a team of 4 or 8 people, depending on whether they are full or part time. You must have drive and focus and be experienced within the sales Industry. This role will be cold calling potential business customers, outlining the benefits of opening fuel card accounts and a major part of this is leading by example and mentoring and guiding your team. You will be looking to maximise the success of the individuals and the team as a whole. Individual targets need to be set for your team and you will have your own personal monthly sales targets to achieve. Daily discussions with the Fuel Sales Manager and Director, to guide the business forward and monthly meetings will be held with senior board directors to review results and put forward ideas.
A sales background is essential for this role and would suit a keen, enthusiastic, professional who is looking to manage a team of individuals. Achievable targets are set with monetary incentives.
Hours are 8.45am – 5.15pm Monday – Friday. Salary £18,360 plus new business and team productivity bonus following successful induction.
