Duties and responsibilities include;
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to generate leads
- Explain the product and give information to clients
- Providing details on pricing
- Handling customers questions
- Obtaining client information
- Recording customer details
- Taking incoming calls
- Obtaining data from Social Media to add to the database
- Scheduling appointments for senior sales staff to meet customers
