Working closely with our Wealth Planners, the IFA Support position will play a key role in ensuring that both Wealth Planners and clients are fully supported through the new business process, ensuring paperwork, files and operating systems are kept up to date, accurate and compliant.
Key responsibilities include:
• Exploring opportunities for referrals and professional connections - adding value to the achievement of business targets.
• Providing strong administration support.
• Liaising and building strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
The ideal candidate would be an individual with experience of working in a Sales environment within the Financial Services sector (e.g. Wealth Management / Insurance/ Protection) with a desire to gain a wider knowledge of Wealth Management/Investment products.
You will need to have GCSE Level (A-C) Maths or equivalent, be proficient in Word and Excel and be willing to study for the CII Certificate in Financial Administration.
Candidates with experience of Personal Pensions, ISA’s, General Investment Accounts and On-Shore Bonds would be of particular interest.
