The Council currently has several exciting opportunities to join our expanding Housing Options team. Whether you're experienced in Housing Options or looking for a fresh challenge, if you're focused on continuous improvement and have the ability and determination to deliver a high quality, innovative, and effective Housing and Inclusion service to our community then we want to hear from you.

The roles we have available are:
• Senior Housing Accommodation Officer
o £28,500 to £32,575 per annum, full time
o Line management position, responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient allocations and lettings service.

• Housing Advice and Preventions Officer
o £24,276 to £32,575 (pro rata) per annum.
o Full time and part time positions available
o Responsible for providing a comprehensive and effective housing advice and assistance service.

• Landlord Liaison Officer
o £24,276 to £27,848 (pro rata) per annum, part-time
o Responsible for improving engagement with private landlords and assisting in the development and implementation of a private rented solution.

These posts are based at the Civic Centre, Folkestone but designated as a flexible worker to enable mobile working as appropriate according to the service area requirements.
