This position will be on a rotating basis, with the other Campus Receptionist, between the Pembroke site and the Historic Dockyard site, on a full time and on-going basis, term time only (31 weeks per year).
As Campus Receptionist you will:
Provide a knowledgeable, efficient and proactive reception and first point of contact service for the University provision at the Medway campus.
Proactively forge effective relations with key colleagues in the University, both based at the Medway and Canterbury campuses.
Act as the first point of contact, in both person, via the telephone and by email, to the University of Kent’s Medway campus.
To be professional, confident, assertive and where necessary sensitive, when dealing with the wide variety of issues raised by students, staff and visitors at the campus Reception.
