Are you an experienced CNC Programmer, Setter and Operator looking for a new opportunity?

Our client, a leading electrical manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator Machinist to join their team based in Edenbridge!

Offering a salary of £12 - £15 per hour, this is an exciting full-time opportunity for someone looking to utilise their CNC skills within a friendly yet professional team!

About the CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator Machinist role:

On a day to day basis you will begin by getting an engineering drawing, route card and the material needed. Once you have the kit, you will then:

* Set the datum's, making sure the correct tooling is in, and upload the program which may need editing.
* Whilst the machine is running, change any broken tools, and make sure that the machine is operating smoothly.
* After the part has finished the program, do a 1st off and make sure that the component meets the correct tolerances.

Skills you will need:

* The ability to set and operate a milling machine with no supervision.
* Preferably apprentice trained/time served.
* Knowledge of Fanuc, Hass or Heidenhain controls.
* Experience of working to tight tolerances.
* Experience of working with aluminium & Copper and 3, 4 or 5 axis machines
* Programming knowledge preferable
