Great Customer Service Opportunity - Retail Banking, Central Maidstone

Customer Services Branch Assistant - Maidstone town centre
Hours Monday to Friday 9-5
2 Saturdays per month (1/2 day off in the week) 9am - 12.30

£16000 - £16500 per annum for solid retail
If you have banking experience the company will pay up to £18k

Our client is a large retail bank and is looking to expand their customer services front line staffing team

This is a great opportunity if you have a solid retail background or currently work in banking and need a change.

The role:

To provide a high standard of customer services, throughout all areas of the business
To consistently deliver a high degree of accuracy whilst administering branch processes and systems
Build relationships with new and existing customers via the promotion of new products and services
Respond to all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Demonstrate a professional and courteous manner to each customer
Able to deal with any customer issues and complaints and be of a resilient character
Process all transactions and contribute to team targets

The ideal candidate would come with strong retail customer care experience

You must have excellent front line customer care skills with a professional manner
Solid work history for reference purposes
Have a high degree of IT literacy and able to pick up internal systems with ease
Ideally have GCSE grade C and above in English and Maths or equivalent.

* Discretionary Bonus Opportunity - up to 5% of basic salary

* Annual Leave Increment - 1 day per 2 years of completed service, up to a maximum of 28

As this is a financial company you must not have any CCJ's or IVA's and be able to be CRB cleared and referenced for 5 years.
