We are looking for Supervisors for our Carpet & Rugs and Cook & Dine Departments.
Responsible to the Floor Manager, Buyer or Sales Manager for the daily operation of the section to maximise sales and achieve targets.
Key tasks:
- To drive the highest levels of customer service at all times and to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Ensure that the departments is merchandise in line with brand guidelines and monitor product performance.
- Develop new staff and play an active role in coaching the team.
- Maintain your department's high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
- Monitor product performance.
- Support the Floor Manager/Sales Manager/Buyer
- Contribute to the overall management of the store, taking on additional duties and responsibilities as and when required.
