The O’Keefe Group is a civil engineering contractor providing services to public, private and residential sectors of the construction industry. Due to increasing residential workloads we are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworks Project Manager
Location: North Kent & South London
Role:
Site based role, managing the day to day duties of a Construction site to include control of direct force and sub-contractors.
Preparation and review of RAMS and other site documentation.
Procurement and management of material and plant
Weekly progress reports, site meetings and short-term programme review.
About you: Relevant experience of large scale residential developments
Excellent communication skills
Full understanding of current H&S legislation
Problem solving skills along with commercial awareness
Computer literacy with a knowledge of Asta programming an advantage.
